Arts in Education Committee:

Coordinates PTA Reflections Program and assists Music & Art Departments various activities.
Garden and Grounds Committee:

Coordinates with teachers, students, and parents to develop, maintain and implement landscaping plans. This includes the development of an on-campus garden and creation of an outdoor classroom.
Events

Organize and manage logistics of any events the PTA hosts, i.e. Spring Carnival, Snowflake Breakfast, etc.
Health & Wellness Committee:

Engages LMES community in PTA’s Healthy Lifestyles program and distributes information on pertinent health, wellness, and/or safety topics.
Hospitality:
OPEN, Committee Chair,
Committee designed to help organize meetings, special events, ceremonies, and socials. (i.e. Open House/Back to School, Principal Coffee Chats; Spring Fling & Dance, 5th Grade Promotion ceremony, etc).
Room Parent Coordinator

Coordinates all Room Parents and provides information to help streamline and bring information to each class through the Room Parent.
Staff Appreciation

Acknowledge teachers and staff on a regular basis through monthly snack carts, appreciation weeks, meals, etc.
